Workshop 1-----Steel channel

The cold-formed steel workshop is equipped with 25 cold forming lines and 15 punching production lines, producing a variety of steel products, including unistrut channel, C types, Z Types, U Types, Omega Types and so on, with a monthly capacity of 5,000 tons and a forming thickness of up to 10mm. The workshop strictly follows the 6S management system, ensuring an efficient and safe production environment. It boasts strong production capabilities and diversified product offerings.

Founded in 2013, Tianjin CZT is located in Tianjin, the largest port city in northern China. It’s a one-stop service provider for the photovoltaic industry integrating photovoltaic support R&D., production, sales and project management.

Workshop 2-----Laser cutting & Cold Bending

The laser cutting and cold forming workshop is equipped with 2 laser cutting machines, 1 plasma cutting machine, and 3 bending machines, making it highly capable of meeting the needs of customers requiring high-precision products or small-batch orders. Its advanced equipment and flexible processes ensure the ability to deliver quality results tailored to diverse requirements.

Workshop 3-----Welding

Both machine welding and manual welding are available, and the appropriate welding method is selected based on the characteristics of the customer’s product.

Workshop4-----Stamping

Mainly for different kind of steel connections, the most important is we can offer the molds according to your drawings, and OEM is available.

Workshop 5-----Packing & Loading

The workshop covers an area of approximately 2,000 square meters, which can accommodate product packaging, inspection, pre-assembly, and loading.
